This 2-day course is designed to help you develop a comprehensive sales plan needed to make your mark in today’s increasingly competitive and complex F&B sector. It looks into the development, execution and encouragement of e­ffective sales strategies and incentives, taking into consideration the organisation’s expectations of sales­ as well as the appropriate human resource strategies.

You will learn how to determine data to be collected and subsequently, analyse them to make informed decisions about how to improve sales.

Finally, you will acquire the steps required to apply yield management principles that enable you to reduce number of lost revenue opportunities and manage inventory of perishable assets.
