It includes developing franchising strategies, managing cost and quality controls and, writing business plans, amongst others.<\/p><p>Average Teacher to Student Ratio: 1:20<\/p><\/li><li><strong>CLAIM WITH UTAP SUPPORT : <\/strong>Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP): UTAP is a training benefit provided to NTUC Union Members with the objective of encouraging them to upgrade with skills training by minimizing training costs. If you are an NTUC Union Member, you can get 50% funding (capped at $500 per year) under the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP).
