It includes managing F&amp;B operations, designing restaurant concepts, and, optimising and managing sales, amongst others.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UTAP FUNDING !\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Earn up to $500 course fee support under UTAP<\/p>\n<p>Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP): UTAP is a training benefit provided to NTUC Union Members with the objective of encouraging them to upgrade with skills training by minimizing training costs.
