Admission Policy and Procedures
Avanta Academy offers admission to students based on the students:
  • Having applied for admission through the proper application procedure and conditions;
  • Having met the minimum entry requirements for the chosen course;
  • Having successfully passed an oral interview (if any) and/or placement test (if required);
  • Having provided Avanta Academy with the originals of all the educational and other documents during enrolment;
  • Declare physically and mentally fit to pursue the course of study admitted to;
  • Having signed the declaration of undertaking;
  • Being approved to enrol into the course of study by Avanta Academy’s Management;
  • Having signed the acceptance letter;
  • The Advisory Note needs to be read and signed by the student before signing the student contract;
  • Signing the standard student contract approved by the student before signing the student contract;
  • Signing the standard student contract approved by the relevant authorities;
  • Having paid the course fee after signing the standard student contract.
Fee Protection Scheme (Group) and Industry-Wide Course Fee Protection Scheme

There are two main schemes administered by CPE – the Industry-Wide Course (IWC) fee insurance under the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) under the EduTrust Certification Scheme.

Avanta Academy has put in place both insurance schemes and appointed Lonpac Insurance Bhd (IWC and FPS) as our insurance provider.

Under these insurance schemes, students’ fees are insured by Lonpac Insurance Bhd, in the event a private education institution is unable to continue operating due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure.

Student Feedback and Grievances Procedure
Avanta Academy ensures all feedback and complaints from public, staff or students are taken seriously with each of the feedback and complaints reviewed, and appropriate action taken to improve processes, practices and services.

As a constant effort towards improving our products and services, Avanta welcomes feedback from students.

You may write to enquiry@avanta-acad.edu.sg. We will investigate and act-on to resolve the areas of concern either immediately or within 7 working-days, depending on the complexity of the case.

In the event that a student is unsatisfied with the outcome of the internal grievances resolution process or the matter is still unresolved, we will refer the matter concerned and affected person/s to:
