This 2.5-day course covers the various methods of conducting a training needs assessment to develop a training programme that addresses the performance gaps for different levels of staff (i.e. rank and file to managerial). It also highlights the parameters of drafting a comprehensive training plan, as well as the guidelines and steps to evaluating the programme for enhanced effectiveness.

Entry Requirement
- Learners must have a minimum pass in English (C6) for GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate and above or its equivalent (i.e. WSQ Work Place Literacy and Numeracy Skills Level 5).
- For learners who do not meet the minimum requirements, an oral interview would be conducted to determine suitability for the course

- Trainee met 75% attendance requirement; and
- Trainee passed assessments (where applicable)
UTAP Funding:
Limits and Claim Process:
- For NTUC Union Members, UTAP funding is limited to $250 for members aged 39 and below and $500 for those aged 40 and above. The UTAP claim amount is initially paid to the training provider, and after the completion of the class, the learner can claim it back through the NTUC website using the provided invoice.
