The Diploma in Management of Food and Beverage Operations programme is for aspiring F&B Professionals with a passion to deepen knowledge and skillsets in F&B service industry, and to pursue global careers.
Through this programme, we aim to prepare learners for career advancement opportunities in the fast-growing F&B industry and equip learners with advanced knowledge and skillsets in F&B management. It includes managing F&B operations, designing restaurant concepts, and, optimising and managing sales, amongst others.
UTAP FUNDING !
Earn up to $500 course fee support under UTAP
Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP): UTAP is a training benefit provided to NTUC Union Members with the objective of encouraging them to upgrade with skills training by minimizing training costs. If you are an NTUC Union Member, you can get 50% funding (capped at $500 per year) under the Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP).
UTAP funding for NTUC Union Members is capped at $250 for 39 years and below and at $500 for 40 years and above.
UTAP support amount to be paid to training provider first and claimed after end of class by learner.
SKILLSFUTURE CREDIT FUNDING:

- Singaporeans only >= 25 years
All terms and conditions apply and funding is subjected to SSG’s final approval.
Do note that the training grants disbursement criteria for Self-Sponsored learners are;
- Trainee has not obtained course fee fundings previously (same course title/course reference code/skills code)
- Course fees have been fully paid by trainees themselves;
- Trainee met 75% attendance requirement; and
- Trainee passed assessments (where applicable)
