The Diploma in Management of Food and Beverage Operations programme is for aspiring F&B Professionals with a passion to deepen knowledge and skillsets in F&B service industry, and to pursue global careers.
Through this programme, we aim to prepare learners for career advancement opportunities in the fast-growing F&B industry and equip learners with advanced knowledge and skillsets in F&B management. It includes managing F&B operations, designing restaurant concepts, and, optimising and managing sales, amongst others.

UTAP Funding:
Limits and Claim Process:
- For NTUC Union Members, UTAP funding is limited to $250 for members aged 39 and below and $500 for those aged 40 and above. The UTAP claim amount is initially paid to the training provider, and after the completion of the class, the learner can claim it back through the NTUC website using the provided invoice. Duration
- 180 hours (No breaks between exams and modules)
- Full-time: 5 days per week (3 hrs per day) / Part-time: 1 Sunday (8 hrs class)

Mode of Assessment
Food & Beverage Course - Entry Requirement
- Learners must have a minimum of C6 in any 3 GCE ‘O’ Level subjects including English, or its equivalent (i.e. WSQ Work Place Literacy and Numeracy Skills Level 5).
- For learners who do not meet the minimum requirements, an oral interview would be conducted to determine suitability for the course
